Need help making stickers

I am trying to make stickers for my son to wear to parties to alert people of his food allergies and not to feed him. I bought Avery labels that are two inches by four inches. I want to print a stop sign on them and then say something about do not feed me. I know how to print words but no idea about getting a picture on it. Can anybody help???

I can make something up. Do you want allergies listed? or just STOP (like on a sign) I have severe food allergies? Give me exact wording that you want.

STOP - I have food allergies, please ask my mom what I can eat.

STOP - I have severe food allergies, please do not offer me food.

etc.... let me know.
