Need help making a decision about using ME

I'm a DME driver. Trust me. I have never had a list of passengers. Sorry. He was probably just writing down your airline so he wouldn't forget it.

So how did he find my name on the list when I told him my name??? And why did he need to see ID (driver's license)? Perhaps one of your colleagues, in those early days, was given a different set of procedures than you have been. I know my own name when I see it (on his list), thank you.

I honestly don't know. He had no reason to ask for you DL. I do know we are supposed to check your Key to the World card just to make sure you're a resort guest.
When I encounter a guest with no voucher I simply ask the name on the reservation and write up a replacement voucher. I've been doing airport shuttles long before DME and drivers have never had a list of names. As I stated in my previous post it's simply impossible to supply it since we don't even know what hotels we're picking up until about 30 minutes prior to pickup time.
