So I need help my DW used her Target red card online to order a $100 Disney card. It came the other day and got lost the same day. So DW call Target they said call Disney. So we called Disney they said they can't do anything without the #'s and call Target back and get the#'s. So we called Target back and they said they can't tell us the #'s because we got it online. They said online purchases are activated by another company so they don't keep track of the #'s. We also asked them what if there was a problem and we didn't receive it in the mail to which they just said we would have to file a police report. Has anybody had this problem or any ideas what we can do
