Need help Looking for a DiSigner

Hi there... I am in desperate search for the DiSigner that did these 2 disigns. Any help would be truely apprectiated.

One of the disigns is the castle in the back with firworks going off all around it. There is a name attached to each firework. It's in blue. W/Mickey and Minnie in the lower left corner.

The other has the different logos for each Park with several Mouse ears scattered around the picture. In each set of ears there is a name.

Please, Please does anyone know who did these.
