Travelling with 2 kids (6 and 8) and 1 umbrella stroller for the kids.

Is that too much time for the parks?

I am deciding between 1-Park Express Plus (2 days of US and 2 days of IOA)
v/s VIP Express Tickets (it is a 7-day express pass and allows to skip the regular lines as many times as you'd like at participating rides and attractions)

According to the website 1 day express plus is valid for one (1) entry per accessible attraction

Also, one of my office colleague said that his kids used 1 day express plus pass multiple times on 1 ride. Is this true or allowed?

Planning to spend -
2 days in US
2 days in IOA
2 days in SW (Dec-26 Shamu Dining Reservation).

What are your thoughts?

Where are you staying? If you stay onsite for those days you can get unlimited Express for everyday from the day you check in until closing the day you check out. RPR is only $187 a night on your dates. $99 a piece for 7 day tickets and you will have unlimted express using your hotel key. You will want express the dates you are there, trust me, we were there then last year. Also with little ones it's nice to be able to walk back to the hotel or take the boat bag during the middle of the day and come back later. That's what I would do :D

During that week you will need all the help you can get...it's the busiest week of the year. I think you would be wise to do the VIP Express tickets during this time but remember...they also include your park tickets so you don't need to buy the park tickets separate. I think two days each would be fine. You can do everything you want the first day and then do the favorites on the second day at each park.

The only way your colleague received multiple uses of the Express is either they stayed onsite and had unlimited or they had multiple EP's to pass around. The regular Express Plus pass is only good once per attraction. The only attractions that do NOT accept the EP are the HR3 at the Studios and the Pteranodon Flyers at IoA.

All of the local parks are slammed that week so be prepared but with the VIP tickets, you can skip the lines so it's definitely a good thought to purchase and it's probably going to be cheaper than staying onsite during that week.

Not sure where you're planning to stay or what the cost is, but if one of you purchases a preferred or premier AP, you can get a room at RPH for just over $1000 for the duration of the trip, which will give you express passes for the entire stay for as many times as you want to ride. The difference in cost between the 7-day deal and a preferred AP is around $140, I think, and only one of you needs to have it.

My advice would be to do that.

When we were there thanksgiving week we spenf 5 days and did all we wanted but still did not have time to do everything (missed some shows and kids play areas).4 days not too much in my opinion.

Thanks to all of you for the suggestions. Forgot to mention in my OP that I will be staying offsite.

My biggest concern was - am I wasting my money by planning to buy the VIP Express Tickets (7-day park tickets with unlimited rides by skipping regular lines), if there is not too much to do.

But based on your feedback, I think there will activities for 2 days per park (including going to some rides/shows more than once). My kids wanted to do that at DisneyWorld (last year) and I know they would ask about repeat rides (at US and IOA).

I know, we would definately spend 2 days at Seaworld (since we are not buying express pass for Seaworld).

I feel a lot better now...

Thanks again folks for your help.
