Need help in putting avalator in.

I know this is simple but for some reason I cannot redo my avalor into my post. It keeps on saying error in URL.

I am trying to put this C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\Disney\mmflag.gif as my avalor. Can you please help.

If it is stored on your pc, you should be using the SECOND box that says 'you can upload an avatar from your computer' and it has a 'browse' button. Click on the browse button and then
'steer' it to your mmflag.gif and it should work.

The URL box is if it is NOT stored on your computer.
