Need help identifying collectible!

Sorry, I didn't write a very informative title above.

I have had this Pen for years and love it.

I'm trying to identify the manufacturer in order to have it repaired. PLEASE HELP!

It has the "MICKEY" and "Disney"engraved at the top.

Appears to be a representation of a spaceship. Thanks in advance for any info!

I'm not sure. But I have never seen that before! Looks pretty valuable to me. Does it have a date on it? Actually it kind of looks like a Disney cast member pen.
