Need help ID-ing this family movie (with animals)

Hi,

This movie was playing while at a restaurant, couldn't hear it and never saw the title, but it looked pretty neat and would like to share it with a 7 year old.

Need help ID-ing a live action Family movie with an animal cast, I only saw bits:

~ large talking white puppy stranded in wilderness, trying to get back home to city
~ meets lots of critters along the way
~ rescues puppy from raging river
~ hitches a ride in a kangaroo's pouch, then on back of a sea animal (didn't see what it was)

Never mind, I think I figured it out, guess I should have tried a Google search first! I believe it's called: Napoleon

Hi thanks, no I've seen Homeward Bound, good movie but not it. Pretty sure it's Napoleon based on Netflix description and pics I found. But HB is good.
