Need help: Hula forgot my bird hat - Finally got it! Woot!!

I was in Pirate and Princess Party and I won Hula's trivia. She said she gave me a bird hat, but when I exited the room and looked at my inventory it was not there.

Can someone tell Hula I did not get my bird hat ? I was in the elegant room around 10:45 eastern. My VMK title is RoseBonbon.

Hope someone can help me, I am so sad

Check under the S's: the real name of the hat is a "Seagull Hat." Hopefully you find it...

Oh, I so hope you are right Pirate! If not, I hear the hosts are great about straightening these things out.

Definitely look again, If you never had the hat before I think most people assume its called "bird hat"

Also, just change your clothes and cycle your hats all the way through. If you have a lot of inventory sometimes we just skip right past it.
