Need help from the experts on where to stay this trip and next!

DH finally gave me the go ahead to book a trip to WDW in December. I thought I knew exactly what I would do but with the new discounts and reading all the posts I'm starting wonder what I should do. We will be driving from NJ with DS age 9, DD age 7 and DS age 6. I plan on buying AP's and am planning a second trip next Nov. Please tell me what you would do since cost is a big factor -

1. Stay at POR the Dec. (which we loved our last trip in Nov. 2000) and since our tickets will be paid for already next year plan on the Poly or BC to Nov. 2003?

2. Go for the Poly this year knowing that we probably could not do it again in Nov. 2003 and would move back to POR for the second trip.

Two factors are leading me to No. 1 - Next year my kids will be older and bigger and the extra space in a Poly room would be appreciated (maybe even concierge) and it will be our 20th
anniversary next year (we spent our honeymoon in WDW-off site).

Thanks for the input - my DH keeps asking me if I've made ressies yet!

I say go back to POR. You've been there before and loved it and it will accommodate the three children now. I love POR myself. Save the Poly for another time, when you really want it to be special.
