So I just purchased the Baggallini messenger bag that everyone recommends and I can't get it to fit me. It's too big and I have it adjusted as tight as it goes (at least I think I do!). I seem to remember reading other people that had this problem, but not sure how to fix it? Anyone had this problem?

It does have an adjustment at the top and also the bottom of the strap. I found it kept stretching back to the largest size once I had anything in the bag. Very frustrating. Finally just started wearing it on my shoulder edge, to take the weight off of my neck. Better yet, started putting it on my12 year old. That was the best position.

I just wore it for the first time on Friday/Saturday at the park. I liked it, but I do wish it were tighter. It did pull on my neck a bit too, not the most comfortable thing for me.

Personally, I like my bagg loose. It hits near my bottom, but I am able to twist it easily because it is so loose to sit beside me on the ride. I just find it easier this way.

Mine is too big also, even when adjusted to the smallest size! So I safety pinned it so that the adjuster things cannot move. It fits a little better also once there is weight in the back...one it gets stuffed with diapers, wipes, bottles of water, camera etc it stays in place better than when it is nearly empty. :)

I bought a Baggalini bag last year, but I didn't take it with me to DL. I didn't like the way in hung in the back, not very secure in amongst the crowds. I bought an Eagle Creek bag which worked well for me.
