I have been asked by a family member to help plan a trip May 24-31. The thing is, they have two kids, 8 and 5, plus one 17 y.o. and his friend. Two rooms at a moderate would be great. I wanted to get them the 4/3 deal, there still seems to be plenty of availabilty that week, but do they need to do two reservations? I cant' seem to do it online. Thanks!

We are a family of 5 and always book two rooms (all girls, we NEED 2 bathrooms!!!!). I just booked our trip for April and did it with a PIN code and used just one reservation. They gave me one confirmation number but have two guaranteed connecting rooms (since there are children involved). It doesn't work this way through the online booking system (well, it never did for me anyway) and so I always call them directly and do it.

Better yet for me, I use a travel expert who books Disney trips for a living. (MEI and Mouse Fan Travel...mousefantravel.com)

In this situation, I recommend that you call Disney Reservations directly instead of trying to book online. You should be able to get two rooms under one reservation if you call.

I agree, call them to confirm everything you want to know. Everytime we have a trip, we always get two rooms under one reservation and got no problem.

I booked 2 connecting rooms for June via phone. Resort reservations are too important to do online. I want a confirmation code and a human to manuever me through.
