Need help from all of the corporate workers

I've been assigned to redesign our Boardroom to make it state-of-the-art (which means I'll submit an over-the-top plan, the board members will cut it in half, then we'll work from there. ) I have no experience with this at all so I need your help. What equipment (computers, overheads, screens, audio, etc.) is in your boardroom that makes it great? The more unusual, the better. Thanks!

A 'good' speaker phone with the ability to conference so you can do Conference calls.

Projector to interface with laptops for Power Point Presentations

Whiteboard (for markers, and to use as a screen for the aforementioned projector)

Nice comfy chairs, big table, maybe a small fridge for drinks for loooonnnnggggg meetings

I'll go scope our our boardroom and see what else

Lots of board rooms have spider phones. They're real cool speaker phones with multi-speakers ("spider legs"). TV, sound system, exec chairs, massive table.

The place I used to work had a microphone at each seat for use while on the speaker phone. The phone was wired into some fancy sound system also. VERY COOL!

"Clap-on" technology is what is needed in the boardroom. Want to fax something "clap-on' the fax machine, send an e-mail just "clap-on" the PC and send that baby into cyberspace.
