Need help from a 999 Haunts Ball expert.

Does anyone know if Disney will still be running transportation for this event? The reason I ask is because I've made a PS for Hoop Dee Doo and am concerned about getting back to AKL afterwards. If they're runnng the buses for the ball, I could possibly transfer at TTC instead of DTD or take a cab.

Event Services has stated that Ball goers will be able to take the bus to DTD from the TTC and from there, to their respective resorts. I don't know if this answers your question, but as of last week, that was the official schedule on transportation for this event.

i know how you feel... i was very disappointed after paying to go to the ball, to find out that direct transportaion wouldn't be provided. we changed our ressies to stay one night (the 30th) at the Contemporaty, 'cause we didn't want to bother. not great for the pocketbook, but i just didn't want the hastle that night.

bonzie1, I'm not actually going to the ball. Were going to the Hoop Dee Doo Revue that night and I wanted to take advantage of the transportation I'd hoped Disney was providing for the ball. I'd hoped to bus to the TTC from FW then catch a bus to AKL from there.

Are you going to MNSSHP on 10/31? If so, maybe I'll see you there!

Yes... jennymouse, we are going to MNSSHP on the 31st, with LTT ressies at 5:50. So... maybe we'll meet afterall. We'll be dressed up as Uncle Sam (or something close) and will be passing our U.S.A. flag pins!

Jenny, Here is an alternate route that I have used in the past. Take the boat from FW to Contemporary then Monorail from Contemp to TTC. Then catch your bus from TTC to AKL. If the night is a good night the boat ride is great, might even catch the Electric Light Parade depending on your time, and I love to then go to the top of the contemp and watch the MK fireworks.

Just a thought.
