Need help for hotels in hollywood or west hollywood area for next 3 nights?

Need help looking hotels thatvre not too pricey in hollywood and West Hollywood area. We want to be in the hop in hop of bus route or close to it. Plan on using it to see the sights easier as well. Not sure where too look and having a hard time deciding. We need the for tonight until Saturday when we leave to go back home. Don't want to spend ridiculous money but am prepared to spend between 200 and 300 a night if really nice.

Please give me suggestions.

Probably not much time to be too fussy but try Loews Hollywood, Magic Castle, Roosevelt in Hollywood and Best Western Sunset in West Hollywood. All these are clean and comfortable.
