the rates change on 12/17/10...in laymans terms: that is the start of the christmas pricing at WDW, through Jan 2.

so to answer you're question: no...there will be no 40% and free dining for those dates. more that likely, there are also no rooms available as well. And the room rates jump significantly to their outrageous highest levels

sometimes you can't have your cake and eat it to...christmas week at WDW always qualifies for that

If you go to Disney's website and click on the special deal tabs at the bottom, there is a fall/winter room special. Values = 25%; Moderates = 30%; Deluxes = 25-40% depending on which resort you choose, with GF being 30% and AKL being 25%; and Villas = 40%. The dates included for this offer are 10/3/10-11/23/10; 11/27/10-12/25/10; and 1/1/11-2/16/11 and must be booked by 11/21. All of the Deluxe resorts are showing availability under this deal with various room types. For December, the free dining dates are for arrivals of 12/10-12/21. Good luck and happy planning .

For your dates for 2 adults AKL Savannah view is available $1253, Poly garden $1175 and SSR $891. I didn't check moderates or values. Good luck. After you click on the 'specials' box scroll down and click on 'check availability' in the resorts column, there's also columns for gift cards, and it will take you to the search resorts/dates option.
