Need Help... for Animal Crossing Game....

Hey guys... my DD is playing Animal Crossing on Gamecube and she has had trouble saving the game... We sucessfully saved one person a few weeks ago but it will not let us save another. She has lost her game a few times and today she is FREAKING out because she can't save it.

Any help out there... my video game knowledge ended with Atari...

Does she have a memory card in? Is it pushed in all the way?

YEAHHHHH!!!!!!!! Thanks for your help... she got it. She is so happy. I quess she had a "cool" house and collected a lot of things....

It has been awhile since I started a new character on the GC version.

Maybe she needs to complete all the tasks Tom Nook gives her before the gyro will let her save. I think I did all of them before trying to save.

Also, is she talking to the right gyro? It needs to be the one for that character's house, not a vacant house and not the other character's house.
