Need Help Finding Southwest Credit Card Thread

I've tried the search function without any luck. Last Jan/Feb (2011) Southwest was offering 2 free roundtrip flights when you sign up for the credit card. I signed up and want to use my flights and they are telling me I only have 1, not 2. I'm hoping the thread can give me more details on the offer...I know I signed up by the deadline, but then DS ended up with serious health problems and I didn't look into it any further.

I know that there were some people who had to call Chase because they weren't getting their bonus rewards. I don't know what they will do about it for you now. Southwest has changed their Rapid Rewards program to points instead of awards. The old offer was for 4 free flight awards (2 round trips) and they will expire around March of 2012. I know that mine would have if I hadn't used them for my trip last August.
