need help figuring out date to cancel by

Good morning all - I'm looking for help with figuring out when I need to cancel a res by in order to not have my points go into holding (ie 31 days) . If I have a check in on June 1 do I need to cancel by end of today or tomorrow? and by what time of day? midnight? Since there's 31 days in May I had thought tomorrow but now I'm doubting myself.

You should be okay tomorrow before midnight, I would not wait until the last minute as the system has been up and down a lot since they "fixed it"

We've had points in holding and I will never risk it again because of the stress involved of booking 60 days out. IMO it is not the worth of waiting if you are going to cancel and risk having your points go into Holding. Cancel a day before the 31 day mark.

I'm not suggesting that one get points in holding but I find it oddly freeing. You can book, change etc right up to the day before you go without any fear of holding points as they are already in holding!
