Need help deciding where to go on what days.

Hi everyone. It's been 5 years since our last trip and we are so excited to finally get to go again. I am having trouble deciding what parks to go to on what days. I don't remember it being this hard last time and I am sure that I am just over thinking it way too much.

We are a family of five. At this time, we are leaning against park hoppers as my youngest gets moody after long days so I don't think it would advantageous to even try that. My kids are 13, 9, and 4. It will be our 4 year old's first trip. We are arriving on Sunday, November 25th and coming home on Dec 3rd. We really think the only parks we'd want to do more than once are Epcot and Magic Kingdom. What is confusing me is I have discovered the crowd calendars and it keeps telling me to avoid these parks. It also lists MK as a recommended park for Thursday, Nov 29th but I think that is the date of the parade taping. How can that be a good day to go to the park?

Is anyone going the same week that would be willing to share their plans?
