So I got up early many days in a row, and could not get the Chef's table at V&A. So I have a reservation in the regular dining room at V&A and I am trying to decide if we should keep that reservation or do the private dining at the Grand Floridian. They give you a menu to order off of and a butler to take care of you, and supposedly you can see the fireworks from the private area you are eating at. Has anyone done the private dining and have any reviews? Anyone have an opinion if I should stay with V&A or do the private dining. It will be me, my husband, my brother and sil. We will be celebrating our wedding anniversary and this is my sil's first time at WDW, so I wanted to treat her and my brother to a nice special dinner.

I've never done private dining at the GF, but I have eaten at V&A . . . it was THE best meal I've ever had (and it wasn't at the Chef's Table). I saw go to V&A :thumbsup2

We have eaten at V&A's once and have eaten at the chef's table once a few years a part from each other. And I liked the food and experience at the chef's table much better. I know it is the same restaurant but it was such a different experience, I am afraid that if we eat in the regular dining room I will be disappointed, because it's not the chef's table, that is why I was looking into alternatives. I like the idea of the private dining, but the menu didn't seem to be anything that special.
