One of the days will be a beach day for some of our family but we want to meet up for dinner.
We will be going Nov 7th-14th and there will be 9 of us myself, DH, DD15, DD5, my parents, my sister (30) and my 2 cousins (33 & 66).
What are some good options? I was thinking of the Disney Spirit of Aloha Dinner?? What are some other suggestions? We want fun and good food!! TIA

If you are considering dinner shows, there is also Hoop Dee Doo.

Hard to recommend without knowing what your family likes or doesn't like. Like there are fun places like T-Rex or Rainforest that have themes, but maybe not everyone's cup of tea.
There is Raglan Road an Irish pub/restaurant which has excellent food, and also entertainment - live music. There is unique like Sanaa, which has animals outside, best to eat there before dark so you can see the animals better, there is limited window seating. Or Boma which is a buffet with African inspired dishes. There really is a lot to choose from.

I would want to know your preferences, but if my family was doing this we probably would choose somewhere on the Boardwalk, or DS. We enjoy Raglan Road, and Flying Fish.

Another vote for Raglan Road at DS. It is a beautiful restaurant, with warm, friendly servers, excellent food and fun, live entertainment.

Hoop dee doo. There is nothing more fun than that! The show is so entertaining :) and the food is yummy!!

I love Hoop Dee Doo too. We are doing it again this year. But it is expensive. That was my thought in not recommending it.

Biergarten is a fun time! All 9 of you would be at the same long table as well!

We will be there the same time. 17 in our party ages 1-65. We are planning Raglan Rd. or Liberty Tree Tavern for the one dinner we eat together. All of the girls will do the Princess Breakfast in Epcot!
Happy planning

I've done groups of 8 plus of family members of mixed ages at Raglan Rd, Narcoossee's, Cali Grill, Hoop de Doo, Teppan Edo, and Wolfgang Puck's.

If you want entertainment in show form the best pic is Hoop Dee Doo. Something fun for all ages..Hokie? You bet but I love it.
If you want fun without a show..more time to talk, etc. you might look into Whispering Canyon at Wilderness Lodge..they used to be pretty funny there
when you used trigger words to start them teasing you..not sure if that still happens? If it does you can find a list of what to say. I think the Lua
is nicer for adults. The food choices might be weird for kids and is just okay unless they have changed it up. They dont get you engaged in the show like Hoop Dee Doo.

We all (me, DH, DS13, DS11 and DS6) all thought Raglan was really fun, too. The boys got a kick out of the dancers. I just rebooked it for our October trip and DS13 said "Oh good, I liked that place!"
