Need Help Coming up with a Disney Themed Name for... UPDATE: Post 19

our team's bowling league that starts next month. The league name is called Fun Bowl Vacations and is a 36 week league.

Everyone who particpates receives a vacation with airfare included. Before anyone gets a bit skeptical about it, I checked with the BBB and they have an A+ rating so they are legit .

The vacations are very flexible in that you can add guests, days, change destinations, etc. However, vacations must be used between June and December 15th. We will have at least a $375 hotel credit to use (it goes up depending on where we place in the league) and of course, WDW is where we are planning on going December 2 - 10, 2011. The company, Fun Bowl Vacations, will be the ones booking everything for us through Disney Travel.

So, since Disney World is where we are going next year, we need to come up with an appropriate, yet catchy Disney name for our team. Any one have any ideas b/c DH and I are drawing a blank.

Disney Dreamers sounds good, too (better then my "Disney Bound" which doesn't do it for us).

Bowl Long Island at Patchogue (the old Patchogue 40 Lanes). Port Jeff maybe doing it as well, though. The league is not just at Patchogue. There are several all over the states.

Oooh! I love those names. I was also thinking of The 3 Caballeros but I didn't even realize that "ball" was in there. DH also likes The Magic Pingdom and I love Big Thunder Strikers! Decisions, decisions...

Our team consists of myself, DH and my brother. I don't know if the bowling alley will add a 4th person to our team or not.

Thanks for the info. From what I've heard from the bowling alley it's a very good league to join. They haven't had any problems with the company so far.

My son is on a league and he pays $15 a week. That covers 3 games and the prize at the end of the season, usually cash for the top 3 teams. His team goes for a night out and to drink beer so they have never come in the top , usually they take the bottom which gets them a broken pin with their team name on it. (they have 3) lol.
A league like this would be so much better, I would be willing to organize and run it if I could. I would like some more info so I can run it past the alley people.

BBB also does track lawsuits against companies and it can be part of their rating. Look throughout the reliability report. It will show any lawsuits they are aware of.

I haven't got the details yet as to the actual start date or price. I was told that last year it was $27/week. When I called Fun Bowl Vacations, I was told that the price usually goes down with more people participating.

Thanks Frantasmic! Big Thunder Strikers it is! I ran the names that everyone gave past DH and DBrother. DH like PINtastics, but was over-ruled 2-1 when DBrother picked the same name I did - Big Thunder Strikers (sorry Dear ).
