Need help adding photo to post!

Can't seem to get this to work. What am I missing or doing wrong? Can anyone be a dear and take the time to walk me through this? Would greatly appreciate it. Sorry, I guess I need "posting for dummies"!

I'd like to know how to do insert photos too! I've read the FAQ but just don't "get it", LOL!
