So, I just got an email from All-seasons Travel for FL resident rates. One of them is for a 3nt cruise for tomorrow, and DH and I are actually thinking of going. But, we can't call until tomorrow at 8am. We would have to pack tonight, just in case we decide to go, because we live 2 1/2 hours from the port.

What would you do? We have a 3yr old that would just miss preschool, and a 10 month old? I'm so tempted!!!

I would go for it if I could! What a great way to spend the weekend! That's what I call spontaneous!!!

If I lived that close, could get a good rate and didn't have to worry about kids missing school, I would drop everything and go!!!!

I say go! I'd do it in a heartbeat if I could! :moped: What a wonderful treat! Let us know what you do!!! :cool1:

I'm sure you would have a great time --- and two days out of pre-k shouldn't be that bad for your child. :flower:

My goodness, what sort of monsters are you? That's what's wrong with this country, that's why all the other countries hate America, don't you realize your child will miss valuable finger painting and lego time. Without such nurturing development, it will only be a matter of time until they become a burden on society and probably felons....

This satiric look at overzealous discussion board flame-throwers brought to you by another supporter of the "go for it" mentality, and I applaud the fact that you were spontaneous enough to be considering it. Hope the weather is great if you do make the trip.

:teacher:

GO GO GO!!! If the rate is good then run away to castaway!

And I thought we were spontaneous planning only weeks out!

Go!!!! You will regret it if you don't!

Happy sailing!

Go for it, I just wish we were Fl Residents and could get those type of deals, :sunny: but unfoutunately it would take us about 24 hours if we were lucky to fly in from the Uk :sunny:
Anyway have a fun family time and if you happen to speak to Sandie from all seas say Tracey says Hi and the chocolates in the post
Look forward to hearing from you on your return

I think you need to have a 3 day window for bookings as read on a previous thread a while back. The poster was asking about walkons at the port and the 3 day time frame was brought up.Only DCL can answer that.
Also noticed the countdowns are not working. How bizarre.
Then again it could be me?It's just script.

I also got the email and DCL just announced the Florida resident special yesterday for today's 3 day sailing on the Wonder. Believe me, if I wasn't recovering from surgery I would have jumped on it. Actually, I'd love to recover there I just need someone to cruise with me~dwkwooten are you up for it?!!!!!!!!!!!
