Need great gift baskets that don't break the bank!

I usually send Wolferman's, Cheryl & Co Cookies, or Harry and David. None of their selections are wowing me this year, for the price, anyway. Does anyone have any other companies that have great baskets where it looks like you paid for actual contents in the package? 16 English muffins for $29 seems a bit ridiculous . I have three sets of parents to send something to. Any suggestions would be great! TIA (these are all people who are 65+).

I order from Wine Country gift Baskets, not all the baskets contain wine. I think the prices are reasonable and some are even free shipping.

I also send Wine Country Gift Baskets. Never had a problem with them. I usually send their chocolate gift baskets to families on my list where individual gifts are not practical.

They do handmade chocolates, carmel corn that is AWSOME, and other goodies. You can basically name your price and they can find something to fit your needs. My parents, inlaws and grandparents all love the treats!

Check out QVC!!! They have great food items!! I give lots of their food items for gifts and even order a lot for myself!! They also sell Cheryl & Co. for cheaper then the Cheryl & Co. site!

There is a store where we used to live that sends awesome homemade muffin baskets. Shipping is high since they send it two-day (seems like it is about $16 to ship a 1 1/2 dozen basket). I send these to friends and family for birthdays, recovery from surgery, sympathy, etc. Almost everyone that I have sent one to has started sending them to their friends!

I'm not affiliated with them, BTW, and don't even live in the same state anymore, but I do still order from them. They send fruit baskets as well (and have their own orchard), but the muffins are something I can't get around here so I order those.

I live in Medford, OR Home of Harry and David and though I love their stuff (especially the pepper relish!) for direct purchase, I never order for mailed gifts. Too spendy!

I just purchased the Omaha Steak today show special for $39.99 per person. I receieved mine today. (I actually ordered 2 sets to get the free shipping) It included 4 bacon wrapped filets, 4 burgers, 4 boneless pork chops, 4 boneless chicken breasts, 4 stuffed potatoes and 4 caramel apple wraps. I was thinking quick and easy meals! I thought it looked like a great gift, hubby thought it was at least $150! My mom and a friend also received theirs and both called special to rave about them. So yay me! I finally gave a gift everyone likes!

I would also check out costco.com, another favorite is See's candy! Always welcome at my house! Have fun!
