Need good Farewell STD experience

I have planned all of our meals and I am stuck with the last night of our trip. I want something that the kids (dd3 & ds1) will really like and that will be memorable. We will either be at MK or Epcot, so it would be good if the restuarant was in one of those parks. We are doing Chef Mickeys for breakfast that day so I was thinking not Charachter dinning. Does anyone have a recommendation? Maybe something at Epcot World Pavillion? We are already doing Teppyanki one night so not that. What else is good?

but we booked the castle for our last night...figured that was the perfect way to go out

We are doing Whispering Canyon for our last night. I've never been there but have heard it is a lot of fun. So after we say goodbye to MK, we are going to take the boat over to WL.
