Need fundraising ideas for Summer Event

WATER. We have a festival in mid August in our town every year, and it draws people from all over. Residents sit on their lawns and sell water out of a cooler. They buy it for dirt cheap at Costco or the grocery store when there is a sale spending about 15 cents a bottle and sell it for $2 or $2.50 a bottle. My hairdressers kids made a killing just sitting on the lawn selling water. It sells easily because its so hot. You can do it in addition to something else like one of the games suggested.
