Hi All,

Well, we're very excited for our "2nd" trip to Disney! We're going
September 28-October 2nd and we're a family of 3, my daughter is 6. This will also be my 40th b-day present.

Last time we went the 1st week of December but I had I think too many princess reservations and other dining reservations that we found ourselves spending alot of time at meals, CRT, Norway Storybook,1900 Park fare, HDD, Alice Tea Party, Mamma Melrose Fantasmic Package, BBB Salon and we were only there 5 days. I also had tickets for the Mickey's Christmas party, which my daughter was asleep by 8:30PM. She was so tired and out by 8-8:30PM each night.

So I wanted to take this one slower but still have some princesses for my daughter.

I'd love your opinions on our dinner reservations:

Sunday, September 28 - Flight arrives at 11:15AM, we are staying at the Wilderness Lodge and using the magical express, hoping to get to MK by
3:00PM that day. We also have the meal plan. I noticed that MK closes at 7:00PM

6:10PM - 1900 Park Fare, Grand Floridian - Is this too much for 1st day - I was thinking of switching to LTT or just a counter service meal

Monday, September 29 - 5:30PM - Narcossee's - Grand Floridian - This one is for me - my b-day

Tuesday, September 30 - 6:35PM - Chef Mickey's Buffet - I was thinking of cancelling this one

Wednesday, October 1 - 1:30PM - Wonderland Tea Party (my daugher's favorite)
5:50PM - Coral Reef - Not sure of, I'd love to see the fireworks at Epcot, but my daughter wasn't crazy for Epcot. I was thinking of switching the 1900 to the last night instead and maybe doing a lunch at Coral reef instead??

Thanks so much!

Sarah

We'll be there the 24th-29th so I can shed some light on things for you.

The 28th is a Halloween Party at MK (we're going). LTT is sold out (believe me I've tried!!). I'd say stick with Park Fare or see if you can get Coral Reef that night. It is also the beginning of Food & Wine Festival at Epcot so there may not be much flexibility there.

We're booking either late breakfasts/early lunches and a dinner during our trip (doing Deluxe Dining for the 1st time). We're planning on hitting the parks in the early morning when it's cool, eating, and then going back to the resort to either nap or swim. My girls who are almost 6 and 5 take a nap everyday when we're at DW. Then they can be out late with us when it's cool and less crowded. FWIW, it's evening magic hours at MK on Monday (they'll be open until midnight). Our first trip we had the BEST time late at night. Apparently we were the only parents who let the kiddos sleep in the afternoon and play at night. We walked onto almost every single ride after 10:30/11:00. It was amazing, but not every kid can flip his/her schedule that easily.

Have fun!
