Our trip is in less than a month now. It's felt like so far away for so long! These are our plans. We are not on the DDP as we are using our Disney Rewards for all expenses and would never eat all that food. DS is 4 and picky, DD is 2 and allergic to eggs, and DH is newly type 1 diabetic so we do have some food challenges. We're staying at the WL.

I would appreciate any feedback or suggestions, thanks!

Sunday 11/11 MK, 11:30 lunch at Crystal Palace
Monday Epcot 11:30 lunch at Garden Grille
Tuesday non-park day
Wed AK (or MGM depending on weather) 5pm dinner at WCC
Th MGM (or AK)
Fri MK/Epcot
Sat Chef Mickey's 9:50 breakfast

I think you have made some good choices. Garden Grill is one of our favorites and my kids have always loved the interaction with the characters there. The food is pretty good as well.

My kids are big fans of the 'Ohana breakfast with Lilo and Stitch. If you have a Stitch fan in the famiy it is well worth it. It is my DS5's favorite character meal. We like it better than Chef Mickey's but I know CM is very popular.

No advice on CP and WCC. Those two meals are on our list for this trip but they get pretty good reviews especially CP.

Since you are not on the DDP doing lunches is a smart way to go. Even with DDP we are doing mostly lunches because my kids are usually in a much better mood and better able to handle sit down meals at lunch time rather than at dinner when they are more tired.

Have fun.... :)

We have done CP, WCC and CM. Liked them all. CP and WCC were actually 2 of our favs and we are doing them again.

As far as counter service meals, there are a 2 that I really like. We really like the rostissere (sp?) chicken at Tusker House at AK and at Cosmic Ray's in MK. We buy two orders (for dh and I) and share with the kids. Tons of food and enough for all 4 of us. I like the chicken b/c it's a nice break from yucky dry burgers and chicken fingers.
