Need evil suggestions :)

I am looking to be a villian or sort for the MNSSHP (female) but I don't want to spend $50+ on a Disney bought one. Any suggestions????

Cruella might be simple, spray half your hair black half white, use a straight dress in black or red, stockings (balck) and pumps in red and wear a "fuzzy coat" over it, cigarette holder and purse with a chian and your all set.

The evil queen from snow white after she becomes the hag - you need a black cloak and the grey hair spray (you could also spring for a wart).

I'll second the idea of Cruella.

All you have to have at a minimum is half-n-half white/black hair and any dress, stocking, & heels in red/black/white (or any combination) and you'll be recognized.

The cigarette holder, a stuffed dalmation, and fir coat (red/black/white) will only add to the costume.

if you want to be truly scary, and cheap too--you can just get a tshirt imprinted with:
"I'm the Mother-in-Law"
