We are a family of 4 going to WDW Jan 3-7, 2018. The "kids" are 20 and 23 and we have been many times before (but I still really cherish the chance to enjoy the Disney magic with them). The timing of this short trip isn't great, but it was all schedules would allow so I'm going with it. I have consulted the crowd calendars, decided which park/which day, and have planned our rope drop, FP, and EMH strategies. But what if the crowds just get to be too much? I'd like to have some "bail out options" to suggest if the time comes. Can't count on pool time in Jan and my fam doesn't enjoy committing to dining reservations ahead of time, so I feel kind of stuck. I'd love to hear of any things you've done to take a break from the parks at crowded times. We are staying at POFQ and will not have a car. Thanks!!
