Need Epcot Breakfast Suggestion

Can you you suggest a good place for breakfast on our Epcot Day? It will be me, my DH, my parents, DS (5) and DD (3). My goal is to get an early breakfast at Chef Mickey's and then head over to Epcot, but I know how hard Chef Mickey's is to get right now. Any other suggestions? (We already have am ADR at CRT so I would prefer not to do princesses again...KWIM?)

Great Character Breakfast @ Cape May (Beach Club) just a short hop from Epcot.

You didn't say if you prefer it to be TS, but if CS works for your group, definitely try Sunshine Seasons in The Land pavilion (after getting FP for Soarin'!!). The breakfast platters are about the same as what you'd find in the resort food courts, but with a better selection of pastries.

We thought their lunch/dinner selections were super good... better than their bfast, but we would still eat b'fast there again if we needed an Epcot CS option.
