I would like to give positive feedback on one of the employees at OKW from our recent trip. He helped us out with a issue and we were very appreciated. Does anyone know an email and who I would send positive feedback too?

I did the same my last stay at the Contemporary and a manager actually called me back, rather than email me to discuss the CM. I explained how great he was, how engaging he was, and he was beyond helpful. It made me feel good that after taking the time to acknowledge this person that it really meant something.
