Just so I am celar I did contact ebay first and they siad that since it was paid through Paypal I must go through them with this complaint..
I contacted ebay again yesterday and was not very nice about them not contacting the seller in regards to accepting insurance money and not following through with it,
Can you imagine if every seller did that ? How much money would us sellers make .. Heck we could be close to being RICH ! LOL
SO ebay now says they will look into it... I also field a complaint with the better business bureau as she has an online store.
