Need Disney Employee Handbook

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the employee handbook? I want to read it before I apply for the college program. Thanks.

But in all seriousness, I doubt that Disney posts that kind of current information for everyone to read. They even stopped handing out things with the character heights on them at auditions because people were posting them on the web. Disney has a big web presence and they are very stringent about what is allowed to be posted and what is not. If you have more specific questions about employment at Disney, you might find more help than simply asking for the manual, IMO.

Considering it's the employee handbook, you can't really get it unless you're an actual employee... Any of that kind of information is on a website that's restricted to employee access.

You don't really need it for the CP. Any information you need for that is on its website.

That was an interesting read, especially sick time and the Penthouse club-men only!
