So, we had a slight change of plans today, nothiong major, on our dinner plans for the day we arrive. I know my family and I will get hungry again before the night is over, so I was just looking maybe for a little snack or dessert in either one of the hotels or in DTD. Any recomendations?? All I can think of off the top of my "ears" is Wetzels Prestzels, Jamba Juice, and Hagen-Daaz (my fav!!). Anything else??

Definitely HD.

But if you like the ice cream, I do believe Cold Stone Creamery is open now out on Harbor. I personally am not a fan, but many are! :)

I am not a Cold Stone Creamery fan either. But I love me some HD. I totally forgot about Marcelines Confectionary. We may just do that. I would love a caramal apple!!

Oh thank goodness there's another anti-CSC around.

I craved them so bad while pregnant, but every time they just disappointed! Tried a few times after DS was here, but still, bleah. Just boring to me. (like the ice cream at the burrbank ice cream place but that's inside a park!)

Yup, that would be me. We have had a CSC around us for about 5 years now, and I have only been there twice, and both times were a disappointment. Went once about a month ago, and only cause we ate at Subway next door, and the kids wanted ice cream, that they didnt finish of course. The other time I went was when I was about 8 mnths. preg. with DS5, tried a sample of their new red licorise (sp?) ice cream, and it was disquisting I must add, then just ordered me a regular ice cream sundae (which I used to get frequently with DS9 from Baskin Robins), and their sundae sucked!! I sure miss having a BR around us!!
And yes, Burrbank Ice Cream is very good!!:cloud9:

Well Ill just say this. At the Blue Ribbon Bakery, they have the best chocolate drizzled Macaroons I have ever had. I mean they are soooo goood!
They are sticky and creamy and a little crunchy on the outside and the chocolate is so sweet. They really should be on your list of things to try.:wizard:
