This is a little OT -- but I need some help. I'm going to make this short as possible....my daughter bought 6 roundtrip tickets on Air Canada to England from LAX for this Aug. After it was completed on the computer....in fact...24 hours later, someone calls her and says we never should have sold you those tickets at that price...we're cancelling your reservations! She asked to speak to the person's manager and he told her there was no one there she could talk to. WHAT?????
Are they allowed to do this? Her printer Is broken, so she saved all her emails....and had me print them out for her. Is there anything we can do....she's so upset.
