Need Crowd Calendar help for August and Hub construction question!

Hey guys, so this is kind of a multi part question! I am going to Disney August 21st-28th this year and I cannot wait! I've heard the last week of august tends to get pretty slow, so I'm just wondering if I'm going to be waiting a long time waiting in lines for rides. Please let me know if I've heard correctly and if anyone has any good tips for the week that I am going, that would be great! Next question is does anybody know when the Magic Kingdom Hub Construction will be finished and any news on the pirates of the Caribbean ride being opened back up earlier than september 25th?

Any tips or advice would be great.

1. Correct.
2. Many attractions will have shorter lines.
3. & 4. That has not been officially announced. Nobody knows.
