Need cornbread dressing recipes

Starting planning for Christmas early LOL. I want to make cornbread dressing it would be my first time making it. I'm looking for a variety to choose from. I know you can do it with shrimp. What all can you do to it and how do you make it?

I made cornbread dressing this week for the first time using the sausage recipe from jimmydean.com. It made a big casserole and everyone loved it!. It was the only side dish completely gone.

I would make this receipe again. Shrimp sounds good in it, too.
