Hi guys,

I need some help. I am trying to fix a friends computer and that have virus on them.

Here's the two programs that is causing the problem:
Advanced Antivirus 2009

Virus Respone Lab 2009

It will not let me into safe mode. She is running Windows XP. Here's the really stupid part she has the Limiware program on there which give her the virus in the first place.

She has Notorn and McAfee Anti-virus software to.

It will not let on the net either. Is this something a professional should do is there step by step guide on get this virus off. I good but I am having the hard time with this one.

It's old school computer it do not have usb port. i can put on a cd load it that way.

why do they have so many anti-virus programs on there? That machine must run like molasses. Am I right in assuming you can't boot up to windows? Or is it just safe mode you can't boot into?

I assume that two of those anti virus apps are spyware, and not intended to be there.

you may want google "name of spyware" removal and then save the removals to a flashdrive and then bring it to the other computer and load them and run from flashdrive. The other suggestion is to make a boot disk or cd with on your cpu and then bring the disk or cd on to infected cpu

I have found malware on google. The program to remove both malwares is:
malwarebytes.org . I put this on CD.

Silly me realize that press the wrong F key. I press F12 and F8 to get safe mode. No wonder did not work.

I have one last question. It been while. Do install malwarebyyes in safe mode. Or do how load start Windows XP normally to install the program on CD.

As soon I get malware off. I strap the machine of Nortorn immedicatly. norton is evil. MCAffee is evil. I totally getting rid on Limeware.

The programs put the computer to kept it safe is:
AVG Anti-Virus
Spybot Search in Destroy
Ad-Ware
Firefox

We had one like that and once you removed one, the other one kicked in, then if you removed that one, the first one came back. We took it to some professionals and THEY couldn't get it off either. They had to wipe our hard drive to get it off.
