Need Chicken Enchilada Recipe

At a school potluck dinner last week someone made chicken enchiladas (I think) that we all loved. I never found out who made it so I couldn't get the recipe. It seemed very simple. Pretty sure it was flour tortillas with shredded white meat chicken in a white sauce with melted cheese on top.

Does anyone have a recipe that sounds like this?

Light Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas (I can't remember what cookbook I got it out of.)
1 8 oz. container or light sour cream
1 8 oz. container of nonfat plain yogurt
1 10 3/4 oz. can fat free cream of chicken soup
1 4.5 oz. can diced green chiles, undrained
12 6-7 inch flour tortillas
1c. shredded cheddar cheese (I use more)
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
1/4c. sliced green onions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9 baking dish. COmbine sour cream, yogurt, soup and chilies. Mix well.
Spoon about 3 tbsp. of mixture down center of each tortilla. Reserve 1/4c. of cheese. Sprinkle mixture with remaining cheese, chicken, and onions. Roll up and line up in dish. Spoon reamining sauce (mixture) over tortillas. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove foil, sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake uncovered for 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted. If desired, garnish with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
