We're doing a multi family trip in October. We are staying at BWPPI due to its location and our toddler. However my BIL and SIL are looking for something that costs less. What are your rec's for cheap, clean and within walking distance? HOJO's rate would save them about $30 over what we're paying for BWPPI. Any others I should check? A continental breakfast would be great but isn't necessary.
TIA!

I've noticed Anaheim Plaza across Disney Way seems really cheapo. Someone said they just stayed at Super 8 on Ball for very cheap. Not sure if S8 is walking distance but you are right by the Mickey Friends parking.

Edit: I Just checked Anaheim Plaza and Super 8 for your dates. Both come up at $69 I would go with Anaheim Plaza as it's walking distance and only a few doors down from BWPPI

We just got back from Disneyland and we stayed at the HoJo's. We were there with our 9 month old daughter. It was really great being so close to the park. I would recommend a room with a Disneyland view. After our daughter went to sleep, my wife and I would sit out on our balcony and look at the park all lit up. The price was great and it wasn't a long walk at all.

The HOJO might have Entertainment Book rates still available for those dates. If they do, the rate would be $59 plus tax per night for a deluxe room in building 2. Building 2 is in a great location because it's a quiet area and right next to the garden pool. It's pretty back there, and there's little sparkly lights in the trees too.:goodvibes

Call Lorealle (one of the managers there) direct at the HOJO to see if there's any Entertainment Book rates. Her number is: 714-618-6025

They will need an Entertainment Book card at check in. It's a little plastic card that comes with the book (it looks kinda like a credit card). The book and card can be from any area in the country. It doesn't have to be an Anaheim Entertainment book/card, so don't worry about that. (They won't need the book at check-in.....just the card.)

Right now the Entertainment book is on sale for $15 plus free shipping (I believe), or they could borrow a card from someone who already has an Entertainment book.

Hope that helps. :thumbsup2

We always stay at Anaheim Desert Inn & Suites. Cheaper than the surrounding hotels, and right across the street from the park, just a few doors down from where you're staying.
