Hello!

DH and I are thinking of going to DL for 2-3 nights at the end of April. We're trying to do this trip as cheap as possible. It's just the two of us. As much as I'd love to stay at one of the DL Resorts, it's just not in the budget. So we're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel w/in easy walking distance of DL as we will not have a car. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

If you don't mind me asking, what does "Cheap" mean to you? It is not as simple a question ask one might think.
There are lots of places across the stree for $69 - $99. If that is not cheap to you you will have a bit longer of a walk. There is a Super 8 on Katella that is a about 15 minute walk that routinely goes for under $60. I have not stayed at that one (have stayed at many other Super 8's though) but have heard it is no frill but clean and comfortable.

I am also looking for a good cheap (for me, anything under about $90) hotel, but I prefer the ones right across the street. Does anyone know (off the top of their heads) where to get a list of those 5 or 6 that are the closest?

We're actually booked at the Park Vue inn for April 15-21. The saturday night is at a rate of $93 a night and the following nights are $73. We've never stayed here before, but we wanted to do this trip on the cheap since we plan on going back in the summer and staying onsite. It's next to BW Park Place Inn, so it's practically directly across the crosswalk on harbor. We've price Tropicana, Bw Park Place Inn and Carousel and they are all roughly $99 a night for our dates. We've stayed at Tropicana & BW PPI and liked them well enough. We're for the most part in the park for most of the day and just use are hotel for sleep though.

Thank you! That map is exactly what I needed. :)

$69 to $99 was our budget. I found the BW Park Place Inn for $89 a night and it's right across from DL. I'd rather pay a bit more and walk less, plus the reviews on Trip Advisor look okay too. Thank you, everyone, for your suggestions!

I'm still not sure if we can afford the trip, but I wanted to at least look into it. I'll be talking to DH about it tonight. I think it may depend on how big our tax refund is! Thanks again! :wave2:
