we have 5 kids ok this is a two parter sorry - i have 2 kids that live with us, my dh has 3 kids that live with their mom and is at our house 1st, 3rd, and sometimes 5th weekend of every month and of course every other holiday (her christmas this yr) ok we will have them the night b4 christmas eve and that day till 6pm or whenever they deside (she has been great this past couple of years) anyway i want to so secert santa with all of us (thinking about inclueding their mom not sure yet long story) I want to see about doing very inexpensive things for them to do for their person that they draw but then at the same time if his kids aren't at out house to do the every day thing 
what to do? should we do it only when they are at the house? but if i include their mom hopefully one of the boys would get her so they can be there to be her secret santa sorry this is so long I hope this is understandable thanks....
