Need Boardwalk Points

Need to rent either 236 or 282 points for a 2 bedroom at Boardwalk. Checking in 10/18 and out 10/25, 2006 (7 nights) Would like standard view, but someone told me I would only be able to get preferred at this point. Am willing to pay $10 per point.
