Need birthday party help - Toy Story

DS5 will be 6 in September. He has decided to have a Toy Story/Buzz and Woody party.

Please help me come up with ideas.

Buy cowboy party accsesories and "space, alien" accessories and give half and half out so that the kids can play.

Pin the tail on Bullseye.

Are girls invovled? Jesse stuff.

My potato head as favors if you do not do above with the cowbioy hats guns space weapons etc.

I am just babbling. This sounds like it would be a fun party to plan. Cake with little green army men. or make our own green army man cupcake and have green icing and green things to put on top. OKay I am not really sure I am helping as much as babbling.

I need to figure out how to papercraft the invites.....we all know they willbe sewn in some way.

I want to be able to incorporate lots of scrappin ideas.

Play a game of army man says instead of simon says- get a camouflage hat to put on the leader or have them try to complete tasks moving in unison like the army men.

Create an obstacle course that simulates the tasks needed to save Woody. (I would give suggestions but it has been a few years since I saw the movie)

Have a horse relay race (using stick ponies).

You could have them go fishing with a hooked cane (Bo Peeps staff) for little prizes.

Thats all I can think of off the top of my head.

That sort of stuff. Then I put the invite inside and it was worded:

Calling all Space Rangers!

You’re invited to join on us on a special mission…

Time: 11 am to 1 pm
Place: Star Command Headquarters

Respond to the Commander
by May 12
