Need Assistance With Disboards

Hi,

I'm new to Disboards & was wondering if there is anyone who could give me quick tips on how use this software? The in's & out's. Example, How do I upload profile photo?, how do I edit stuff in my account or my name on shown on my account?, or upload photos to a new thread?

I've worked with a lot of different softwares in my previous jobs, but this one has thrown me for a loop.

Appreciate any kind of help.
