I figured it out-and boy do I feel stupid. The printer at work is Laser and the transfers are for ink jet printers!!! So, I will be able to start printing them tonight at home.

I am so glad you figured it out - sorry I wasn't of any help but I have had no experience with that happening. I hope you didn't ruin too many transfers, they can sure be expensive.
