Need an 8 passenger rental from MCO

We plan on renting a house after our week at Disney , so we will need a rental.There are 8 of us in total.
I can only seem to find a luxury SUV or 12 passenger van...
Has anyone had this issue?

Also...how does everyone get the best rate? Where do you find the discount codes?

good luck...i'm in the same boat...this was discussed in a previous thread and it seems the only option is Hertz SUV....There are no 8 pax minivans available for whatever reason via national or alamo

Don't know if its feasible for you, but it might be less expensive to rent two cars. The larger vans/SUVs get real expensive. Also look at renting from Car Care Center or the Dolphin. Sometimes they're pricing for certain vehicle classes are less than MCO (and sometimes a lot more!).

I was going to suggest what the PP said, to rent 2 cars if you will have 2 licensed drivers with you. It will save you a bundle, and you would have more luggage space between the 2 trunks on standard cars than you would have in a van or SUV.

Forgot to mention...as far as rates go, use Hotwire. When you are looking at the prices, be sure to select the option for additional rental car companies. It will show you all of them, and often times the ones they do not show are the cheaper ones. If it is an option also, look for rental cars that are not at the airport. Often times you can find locations in the middle of town for less than the high demand airport locations.

keep in mind two cars will mean double the parking fees not sure how many days you plan on spending at the parks parking is now $14 a day unless you are an AP and have two in your group.
